By commissioning me you are stating you have read my TOS and are ACCEPTING them. TOS can change suddenly, it will be notified on my social media accounts.

I, the artist, am not responsible for the client failing to read the provided terms of service. This is a paid service for a digital product, no physical product will be shipped to the client. Do not RECOLOR and/or CLAIM my artwork AS YOUR OWN. Credit me when posting commissioned artwork. It (the artwork) can be used as icons, banners, backgrounds, as long as it stays personal, no commercial use unless stated otherwise within negotiantion. I am allowed to reject a commission if I deem fit. Commissioned artwork may be used as samples.
Please, do make sure you want to commission me before filling the proposal form.PAYMENTS
- Payment will be collected after the sketch is approved by the buyer. After that, refunds will *only be approved if requested BEFORE the artist starts working. Such information can be found on the artist'sREVISIONS
- A maximum of THREE BIG REVISIONS shall be done for free, upon the forth CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED.
- Smaller revisions will be done for free, with no limits.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Deadlines will be comunicated upon sending the proposal with the final pricing.
- Delivery will be done through email. Transparent PNG files of depicted characters can be requested separately.USE
- PERSONAL USE ONLY! (streaming purposes allowed)
- COMMERCIAL use can be chosen as an add-on! It will suppose a certain percentage being added to the final price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- No artwork should be used for NFT or AI training, it is prohibited.
- Every commision stated to be for personal use, is for personal use of its owner (the commissioner), no exceptions.
- No artwork should be resold or given to new owners unless it is done as gifts. Exceptions can be made, please ask the artist in such case. As well, I must be informed in case a gift will be made.
- In case of ordering fanart, by doing so you agree with the personal use policy.
- When ordering art for commercial use, a certain percentage will be added to the final price. Such percentage is stated upon delivery of the proposal with the final pricing.REFUNDS
- After the payment is made, there will be NO REFUNDS. The commission can be cancelled by the client BEFORE I start working.
- In case I, the artist, can't finish the commission for serious personal reasons (illness, machinery breakdowns, etc...), it will be notified to the client and a full refund will be made.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will happen through the platform indicated in the form filled by the client. In case multiple are listed by them, Email and Twitter (in that order) will be the first ones they will contacted in.
- If the client remains unresponsive, the commission will be paused.
- Commissioner can ask for updates freely. However, daily updates won't be given.
- Maintain communication proffesional and respectful.
- Please, provide neat references: pngs, jpgs, websites, pdfs... everything will work as long as it is easy to view. Lengthy description paragraphs will not be considered references for characters, please provide specific references.
